Since all our products are custom-made with your photos and personalized details, we do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including:

• Change of mind
• Wrong photo provided by customer
• Incorrect size or model chosen by customer

Replacement Available (If Damaged / Wrong Product)

We provide Replacement Only if:

• The product is received damaged, broken, or
• You received a different product than what you ordered

To qualify for replacement:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide unboxing video (from opening package without cuts) 
• Send clear photos of the defect/damage

If the above evidence is not provided, replacement request may be rejected.

Important Note

• No cash/refund will be provided
• Replacement is only for the same product/model ordered
