Order Processing Time

All customized orders take 2–3 working days for processing and dispatch.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery takes 4–6 working days depending on your location and courier service.

Remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping & Charges

Prepaid Orders — FREE Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹50 Extra Charge

COD charge is applied to cover additional handling and courier fees.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Re-shipping charges may apply if:

• Address is incorrect
• Customer is unavailable
• Parcel returned due to non-acceptance
