Once the design work begins, orders cannot be canceled.

We are not responsible for wrong photos, or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

2. No Refunds

As our products are custom-made, refunds are not available.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only if:

The product is damaged,

The product delivered is incorrect,

Or you received something different from what you ordered.

To request replacement, you must send an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Color / Design Disclaimer

There may be a slight difference in color due to lighting and display screen settings.

The customer understands these variations are normal and not considered defects.

5. Image Usage & Responsibility

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have rights or permission to use that image.

We do not use or share photos for any other purpose beyond your order.

Delays caused by courier or external factors are not under our control.
